Double-sided adhesive mounting tapes
Pilzecker is a reliable partner in double-sided adhesive foamtapes for mounting purposes. The double-sided foamtapes can be delivered in both spools and on rolls. This successful extension of our production program has proven itself in a variety of tests. Examples are: roof-light constructions, polycarbonate dome constructions as a mounting usage for placing cladding in utility constructions.
This position as a national and international reliable producer and supplier of double-sides adhesive mounting materials has been achieved by our non-conformist attitude.
Pilzecker does not think in clichés but in new and improving solutions for your fixing problem. We will do this with the same philosophy which brought us where we are now. Pilzecker is well-equipped, produces a high constant quality, but we do not let go of the flexible demands of our clients.
One sided adhesive isolating tapes
The one-sides adhesive tapes have been made by Pilzecker for dozens of years. They have been developed into having an outstanding quality. The conventionally available PE, PU, PVC foams and EPDM and neoprene rubbers are being applied to traditional sealing and damping materials such as glazing tape.
Beside traditional materials that are used in the constructing industry, Pilzecker also offers materials that serve greater and more challenging purposes.
The enlisted specifications are within our range:
- Open cell sponge rubber with high performance sealing qualities, good recovery – no deformation, closed cells below 80% compression
- Closed celled silicone sponge rubber with outstanding recovery and sealing performance. Resistant to high temperatures, exceptionally fire retardant, passed the UL94 test very easily.
- Microfoam very durable, high impact shock resitant. Suitable for protecting delicate electronics and for example measuring equipment.
- Ceramic isolating burnstopper: fireproof, temperature resistant up until 1200 *C. usable in heat wrap and fireproof constructions.
- Ceramic isolating expanding burnstopper: expanding by carbon filling. For sealing ventilating constructions in case of fire.

Pilzecker features 3 big coating-machines and an extended doubled-sides adhesive capacity. This is possible due to the high-velocity traverse-spooling machines and by roll-slitters. Pilzecker also has a research and development department with the knowledge to develop new products and to improve existing products. Pilzecker uses a sophisticated and full-covering program of self-adhesive coatings and tapes that give high quality solutions to the diversity of challenges that exist in the building industry and production companies. There is also the efficient organization that can give clients with high expectations high quality products.
